Delali Dzirasa is the founder and CEO of Fearless (https://fearless.tech), a full stack digital services firm in Baltimore, Maryland with a mission to create software with a soul – tools that empower communities and make a difference. Fearless delivers sleek, modern, and user-friendly software designed to push the boundaries of possibility, to create a world where good software powers the things that matter.

Delali graduated with a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) in 2004 and has over 15 years of experience leading agile software teams and programs. He strives to make a difference in technology and in his surrounding community. He chaired the inaugural DevOpsDays Baltimore and is a founding member of the governing board of the Digital Services Coalition. Delali is also the Chair of Hack Baltimore, a city-wide hackathon formed to deliver solutions in a sustainable way past the end of traditional hackathons. He is passionate about increasing the rate of city youth heading into STEM fields and works closely with city nonprofits to provide funding and mentorship programs in city schools, as well as other education initiatives.

Delali currently lives in Baltimore City with his family Letitia and two sons Dominic and Jaden. When he isn’t busy running Fearless (rarely), he enjoys working out and hanging out with friends and loved ones.
